VENDOR SERVICES

Wolfforth Farmers Market offers two options for vendors to sell their locally grown and produced items, baked goods, and handmade items in our large outdoor retail area called "Vendor Village" - our permanent rustic barns with and our traditional tent canopy sites. We also have a Food Court area with covered picnic tables for food trucks. If you are a local grower or producer and are in compliance with all regulations and certifications required for your business, including Texas Cottage Food Laws, we invite you to contact us for more information about becoming a year-round or seasonal vendor at our market. All of our food vendors accept SNAP (formerly known as food stamps). We also accept Double Up Food Bucks and WIC Vouchers to increase sales of local fruits and vegetables for our participating growers. We are pleased to announce that we are also a WIC voucher distributor for the South Plains region. The Double Up and WIC Voucher Programs are only available in our area through approved farmers markets, and both programs benefit both lower-income households *and* our participating local growers, producers, and bakers. Participation in these programs is a win/win for both our customers and vendors!

VENDOR VILLAGE - BARNS

Our most popular barns in Vendor Village are our small individual barns located in both our North, South, and West retail sections. These barns have electricity and offer protection from the weather year-round. Vendors using these barns will also set up a traditional canopy and table(s) in front of their barn on market days unless the weather is prohibitive. We also have a few larger rustic barns that are only available as other vendors relinquish them. Vendor parking is directly behind or near each vendor barn. There is an improved walking surface for booths and customers, and customer parking is located in both the front and rear or the market property. Barn rentals typically require a three-month commitment and requirement to be open each Saturday. Rent for the small barns is $200 per month and is collected monthly.

VENDOR VILLAGE - TENTS

Our tent canopy areas are located in both our North and South retail sections and are typically rented by the week or month. These sites are very popular in our high season months, April-October, so we encourage vendors to reserve their tent spaces early. Tent vendors that commit to coming regularly will be given the same space each week, and day vendors will be given spaces as they become available. Rent for these spaces is $25 per week and is collected weekly in our Market Office. We also have a new option for vendors to pay by the month and receive a discount. The payment is due on the first Saturday of every month and the spaces are $20 per market instead of $25.

FOOD COURT

We now have a large, dedicated food truck area near North Vendor Village with covered picnic tables for customers. For more information, see our new Food Court page!
